This webinar will provide professionals with a 2 part program focused on navigating complexity in campus politics, such as climbing the job ladder, finding departments to support your overall work, and how to leverage relationships & resources for success. This program will be offered in 2 parts; the first, a panel presentation & breakout session with presenters and the second part, a traditional conference style choose your own adventure with 3-4 breakout session options focused on the following topics: Assessment/Evaluation, Organizational Growth, and Program/Member Development. Participants will leave this experience with new insights and resources on navigating campus politics and with new connections in the region.
