Annual Meeting Registration is Open!

Wednesday, December 2 – Saturday, December 5

For 50 years, the AFA Annual Meeting has been the profession’s gathering place. Join 1,000+ colleagues in Chicago to celebrate how far we’ve come — and shape where we’re headed.

What is included in your Annual Meeting registration?

In response to member feedback, AFA has returned to a single all-inclusive registration. This means that the price of a full conference registration covers all programming and provided meals (excluding pre-conference programs and excursions).

  • Approximately 15 hours of education, including:
    • 100+ educational sessions to choose from including position- and topic-specific educational intensive sessions
    • Two general sessions with keynotes
    • ~5-10 Learning Lab sessions with Educational Partners
    • Opportunities to learn from institutions/organizations driving elevation in practice in the profession
  • Approximately 10 hours of networking through opportunities such as the Exchange and Deep Dive Discussions
  • Opportunities to hear from and meet with Umbrella Association representatives
  • Two meals, including the AFA Awards Presentation and Industry Celebration Banquet
  • Special 50th Anniversary programming that celebrates the evolution of the fraternity/sorority profession and shares opportunities for continued practice, research, and innovation

Over 95% of attendees would recommend the Annual Meeting to a colleague (2023-2025 Attendee Evaluation data). Learn more about the opportunities to grow and connect at this year’s Annual Meeting:

Annual Meeting Registration Rates:

Registration at the Early Bird member rate provides the best value in professional development. The 2026 AFAAM Early Bird registration rate is competitive with peer associations in student affairs and delivers greater value: three full days of professional development and two included meals.

Select an option below to view the rates for full conference registration, single day tickets, and 50th Anniversary (single day Saturday) tickets.

Please be sure to note the Annual Meeting registration deadlines:

Resources:

AFA’s membership and conference attendance data suggest that Annual Meeting participation correlates strongly with engagement in the profession – professionals who participate in fewer Annual Meetings are more likely to disengage or depart the fraternity/sorority profession.

AFA has prepared resources, including a sample justification letter, for professionals who wish to communicate the value of attending the Annual Meeting to their supervisors.

Annual Meeting Scholarships

There is still time to apply for a 2026 Annual Meeting Scholarship! Full and partial scholarships are available for professional, graduate, and affiliate members. Scholarships cover all or some of the of the Annual Meeting registration fee, and applicants will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.

The deadline to submit scholarship applications is Friday, June 26, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
