2026 Annual Meeting Scholarship Application
Annual Meeting attendees value the opportunity for professional development, networking, and relationship building. The AFA Foundation believes supporting AFA members in this endeavor is a high priority and works with generous donors to provide these educational opportunities. Because of our sponsoring organizations and generous donors, the AFA Foundation is offering scholarships to the 2026 Annual Meeting. We would like to express gratitude to our donors for their investment in AFA members’ professional development.
The 2026 Annual Meeting will take place at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, from December 2-5, 2026. Full and partial scholarships are available for professional, graduate, and affiliate members. Scholarships cover all or some of the of the Annual Meeting registration fee, and applicants will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.
To be eligible for a 2026 Annual Meeting Scholarship, you must:
- Be a current dues-paying professional, graduate, or affiliate member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors.
- Pay dues for the 2026-2027 membership year by Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Scholarship recipients from 2025 are not eligible for a 2026 scholarship. Past scholarship recipients may apply but priority will be given to those who have not previously been awarded.
The 2026 Annual Meeting scholarship application is now open! The deadline to submit scholarship applications is Friday, June 26, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Members and Non-members can follow the steps below to find and submit a scholarship application:
- Login to FSCentral (Non-members can create a free FSCentral account).
- From the FSCentral home page, select the “AFA Home” tile.
- From the AFA home page, select the “AFA Submissions” tile.
- You will then be taken to our AFA Submissions portal, where you will see the 2026 Scholarships application form.
Scholarship Notification and Acceptance
Please DO NOT register for the Annual Meeting until you are made aware of your status as a scholarship recipient. The status of all applications will be provided no later than late August.
Scholarship recipients are expected to accept their scholarship and register for the Annual Meeting by the provided deadline in the scholarship notification email. Failure to accept and register for the Annual Meeting by this deadline will result in a forfeiture of the scholarship.
If you do not receive a scholarship, you will still be eligible for the Early Bird Registration fee if you register before the Early Bird Registration fee deadline.
