2023 Annual Meeting Scholarship Application

Annual Meeting attendees value the opportunity for professional development, networking, and relationship building. The AFA Foundation believes supporting AFA members in this endeavor is a high priority and works with generous donors to provide these educational opportunities. Because of our sponsoring organizations and generous donors, the AFA Foundation is offering scholarships to the 2023 Annual Meeting. We would like to express gratitude to our donors for their investment in AFA members’ professional development.

The 2023 Annual Meeting will take place at the Marriott Waterside Complex in Tampa, Florida from November 28 to December 1. Scholarships for professional, graduate, and affiliate members cover the Annual Meeting registration fee, and applicants will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.

Scholarship applications have closed for the 2023 Annual Meeting (they were open from May 1 through June 30). If you applied, to remain eligible for a 2023 Annual Meeting Scholarship, you must:

  • Be a current dues-paying professional, graduate, or affiliate member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors.
  • Pay dues for the 2023-2024 membership year by Friday, September 1, 2023.

Scholarship recipients from 2022 are not eligible for a 2023 scholarship. Past scholarship recipients may apply but priority will be given to those who have not previously been awarded.

Please DO NOT register for the Annual Meeting until you are made aware of your status as a scholarship recipient. The status of all applications will be provided no later than September 1, 2023. If you do not receive a scholarship, you will still be eligible for the Early Bird Registration fee if you register before the Early Bird Registration fee deadline.
