Looking to rethink how students learn about membership intake? Is the traditional “Meet the Greeks” model not working for your campus anymore? This three-part education and engagement series, designed for NPHC Councils, puts the student experience first. It increases council visibility, educates students on the full NPHC journey from interest to alumni, and strengthens retention—driving measurable growth in engagement, chapter size, and membership awareness.
As a result of attending this program, attendees will…
- Learn how to design and implement a comprehensive NPHC interest series that fosters intentional education, supports sustainable membership growth, and enhances community awareness.
- Gain actionable strategies to increase visibility and engagement with NPHC organizations in ways that align with institutional values, equity goals, and strategic recruitment priorities.
- Explore how to facilitate impactful sessions that demystify the membership intake process, promote chapter diversity, and address retention beyond graduation.
- Leave equipped to replicate or adapt the 3-part model—Why Be Greek, So You Want to Be Greek, and Why Stay Greek—tailoring the model to fit the unique needs of their campus, including chapter capacity, council dynamics, cultural climate, and available resources.
