Have you ever heard your student leaders say they are at capacity? Or they need to draw a line for their work/life balance? Or their position is too much? So have we! In this session we will define leadership fatigue and how it impacts current college students, create space to share personal experiences with this topic, and find tangible solutions to help guide advising and coaching conversations. Join us to discuss and problem-solve around this relevant stumbling block!
As a result of attending this program, attendees will…
- Identify and describe the characteristics of student leadership fatigue.
- Identify new strategies to use in 1:1 advising and/or coaching conversations with their students to reduce the feeling of leadership fatigue.
