The Women Working with Men’s Fraternities Community Collective serves as a supportive and amplifying community space for women professionals who work with men’s fraternities. The Women Working with Men’s Fraternities Community Collective directly serves the following communities:

• Women employed at men’s fraternity organization headquarters;
• Women who serve as the primary advisor for men’s fraternity councils or chapters;
• Professionals allied with and committed to the success of women professionals working with men’s fraternities;
• Professionals interested in the inclusion, amplification, and expansion of education and support for the experiences and needs of women professionals who work with men’s fraternities.
