Continuing Education (CE) Opportunities
As a pre-approved provider of continuing education (CE) credits, AFA is proud to support Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) in the maintenance of their certification. AFA offers a variety of CE-eligible programs for members and non-members. Programs that qualify for CE credit will be clearly identified in the event registration and related marketing.
Please visit the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to view a full list of approved CE programs.

Continuing Education Procedures
AFA has created procedures to ensure Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) are able to receive CE credits for their participation in CE-eligible programs.
For most programs, CSAEd are expected to complete a post-program evaluation — which will be accessible via direct link or QR code — to verify their attendance and select the CE credit category they would like to receive credit toward (if applicable). Proof of program completion and CE credit will be provided to certificants by AFA staff. Certificants can expect to receive their CE certificate via email within 5-10 business days after submission of the program evaluation.
For larger programs, such as the Annual Meeting, information about CE procedures will be shared directly with CSAEd registered for the conference via email.
In order to receive CE credit, Certificants should use the provided CE certificate to apply for credits in Prolydian. Click here for more information on how to submit your completed CE credits online.
