Registration for the 2024 AFA Annual Meeting is open!

The 2024 AFA Annual Meeting will take place in-person Wednesday, December 4 through Saturday, December 7 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.  information about hotel accommodations.

*To receive member pricing, you MUST be a member at the time of registration and have individual membership status at the time of the event. Refunds will not be provided if you become a member after you register. Membership renewal will be invoiced if not paid by the registration deadline. 

**Single Day passes can only be purchased for one day. If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting for more than one day, we invite you to purchase a full-time registration. 

Required Attendee Registration

All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All educational session presenters must be registered.

Ready to register for the #AFAAM?

Registration is temporarily closed and will reopen onsite on Tuesday, November 28 at 12:00 pm. Please visit the Registration Desk in the second floor of the JW Marriott during our open registration hours.  To save time when registering onsite, members and non-members should log in (or create an account) in FS Central. Before finalizing registration, be sure to read and submit registration information carefully as the information provided will be used to personalize your conference materials.

New! Want to register 5 or more individuals from the same organization? Take advantage of our bulk registration feature to receive a discount on every fifth person. Email Gretchen Foran to request this service! Note: individuals registering with a registration scholarships do not count toward the minimum.

Registration for Pre-Conference programs and other conference experiences is NOW OPEN! You can find information about Pre-Conference Programs here and information about excursions and other special events here. Registration for these experiences will close on Friday, November 10.

Policy on open invoices, no-shows, and cancellations

Once you have completed and submitted the 2023 AFA Annual Meeting registration form, you are considered registered regardless of payment status. Annual Meeting registrations are not transferable. Cancellations made prior to Friday, November 3, 2023 will result in a refund of all but a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made between November 3, 2023 and November 17, 2023 will result in a refund of 50% plus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after November 17, 2023 are non-refundable. To submit cancellations, please email Gretchen Foran. 

A registrant is considered a no-show if they do not participate in the Annual Meeting or if they have not notified AFA of their cancellation by the November 17 deadline. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, and you will be held accountable for the cost of your registration if you are registered, even if you are a no-show and have not paid.

Code of Professional Responsibility

The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) has established a Code of Professional Responsibility, which all attendees are expected to uphold at the Annual Meeting. Full wording for the Code of Professional Responsibility. By registering, you agree to upholding it.
