Yet many leaders rely on reactive hiring or inherited role design rather than intentional talent strategy. Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) may obtain CE credits for attending this program. This program is eligible for Core or Fraternity Sorority Life specialty (FSL) credit [1 credit]. 

AFA has been approved by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to provide CE credit for Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd). Programs that qualify for CE credit in this program will be clearly identified. AFA is solely responsible for all aspects of this program.
