Annual Meeting “In-Conjunction with Event” Registration

Thank you for your interest in hosting an In Conjunction With (ICW) event as part of the 2024 AFA Annual Meeting. Please complete this form to submit your reservation request.

NOTE: Although you submit an ICW request, placement is on a first-come, first-serve basis based on availability.

The AFA Central Office will contact you within two weeks of your request to verify your event date/time before a final confirmation is sent. In the event we are unable to accommodate your request, you will receive a refund.

Reservation Period

Space for ICW events is limited and registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Key deadlines for ICW registration are:

  • Early Bird Registration ends Friday, September 20 at 11:59 pm ET (or until space is filled)
  • Regular Registration ends on Friday, November 1 at 11:59 pm ET (or until space is filled)
  • Late Registration ends Friday, November 22 at 11:59 pm ET (or until space is filled)

Eligibility to Reserve

In order to host an ICW event, one must be registered for the Annual Meeting.

Food & Beverage Policy

If you would like to have refreshments at your ICW, you must work with the JW Marriott Indianapolis staff. No outside food or beverage will be permitted.

Food and beverage pricing is not included in the ICW registration cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event will result in a refund of all but a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 10 business days in advance will result in a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 10 business days in advance of the event are non-refundable.
