Event Details

We wish it was easy to navigate the fraternity/sorority advising profession, but there’s so many pieces of the industry that they just don’t teach you in graduate school – and many more that continue to update and evolve over time. What if finding someone to support you through this was as simple as passing them a note? Sometimes, it is. This session will explore examples of mentoring relationships, share research, and leave attendees with a way to navigate their own mentor search.

As a result of attending this program, attendees will…

  • Be able to identify methods for finding their own mentors or mentees within the profession
  • Learn how to establish an intentional mentoring relationship
