AFLV Professional Development Partnership

AFA and AFLV are proud to announce an expansion of an existing partnership to enhance professional development for fraternity/sorority professionals. Increasing access to high-impact educational opportunities is as important today as it ever has been, especially as fraternity/sorority professionals navigate continued changes in their communities related to enrollment, program funding, and more. AFA and AFLV’s partnership seeks to elevate education available to fraternity/sorority professionals at AFLV Central and AFLV West conferences. Through this partnership, Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) will also be able to receive up to 9 continuing education (CE) credits toward the maintenance of their certification across both AFLV conferences.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits at AFLV

What is the process for attaining CE’s at AFLV Central or AFLV West?

Throughout AFLV Central and AFLV West, CSAEds are asked to complete the CE Credit Submission Form to document their attendance at sessions that qualify for CE credits. CSAEds will only need to submit this form once for each conference (AFLV Central or AFLV West) they participate in.

CE Credit Submission Form

Information collected through the CE Credit Submission Form will help AFA staff generate a certificate of completion after the conference. Additional information about CE processes will be shared with certification holders via email. If you have questions or want to learn more about CE credits at AFLV Central and AFLV West, please contact AFA’s senior director of professional development, Shelby Flores Hill, at shelby@afa1976.org.
