The AFA Annual Meeting is the hallmark professional development event that brings together a portfolio of programs and experiences designed to enhance and maximize the competency, skills, talents, and overall effectiveness for the success of members and those in the field of fraternity/sorority life. The 2025 AFA Annual Meeting will take place in-person Monday, December 8 through Thursday, December 11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.

1. When and how much is registration? What are the policies associated with registration?

2. What does individual registration include?
- Approximately 15 hours of education
- Two general sessions with keynotes
- Approximately 115 educational sessions to choose from including intensives (up from 103 last year!)
- Approximately 5-10 Learning Lab sessions with Educational Partners
- Approximately 10 hours of networking opportunities
- Opportunities to hear from and meet with Umbrella Association representatives
- Two meals (lunches) and daily coffee
AFA is excited to share that through a series of strategic decisions and resource allocations, the 2025 Annual Meeting will see an increase in the number of educational sessions and an increase in the quantity of included meals available to attendees.
You’ll also have the opportunity to add the following extras on to your registration, such as:

5. What is the hotel block rate?
The rates are $240 per night + taxes & fees (1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds), inclusive of the hotel’s resort fee.
