Annual Meeting Reload

The Annual Meeting Reload gives attendees an opportunity to catch the most well-attended and highest-rated educational sessions from the 2024 Annual Meeting. 

Funded through the generous support of the AFA Foundation, the Annual Meeting Reload will give members an opportunity to catch 20 selected sessions from the 2024 Annual Meeting. Sessions will be available to attendees for one year after registration, so attendees can watch recorded sessions from the comfort of their workplace or home.

Sessions cover topics such as human resources, program development, prevention/intervention, and more.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits are Available

Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) may also attain continuing education credits toward their certification by participating in the Annual Meeting Reload. Professionals who engage with the 2024 Annual Meeting Reload can earn:

  • 2 Core credits
  • 0.5 Social Justice and Inclusion (SJI) credit
  • 8.5 Fraternity and Sorority Life Speciality (FSL) credits
  • 1.5 Student Conduct Administration (SC) credits

Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) may count all available sessions towards their CE requirements so long as they have not already received credit for completing a session in person.

Certified Student Affairs Educators are asked to complete all sessions for which they would like to receive credit before following the CE processes outlined below. Participants will be provided with one certificate for their participation in the Annual Meeting Reload which can be used to submit their CE credits online.

AFA has been approved by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to provide CE credit for Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd). Programs that qualify for CE credit in this program are clearly identified above. AFA is solely responsible for all aspects of this program.

After registering for the program, members will be able to access the Annual Meeting Reload through the AFA Learning tile in the AFA’s member portal, FSCentral. Sessions will be available to watch on-demand for one year after registration.

To access the Annual Meeting Reload:

  1. Login to FSCentral and select the AFA Learning tile.
  2. One you are in the AFA Learning system, you will be able to see all available sessions to you in the Catalog. You can use the “Annual Meeting Reload” categories to quickly find and access the Annual Meeting Reload sessions. 

FSCentral: How to Register

First, you’ll need to claim your FSCentral account. If you do not have an FSCentral account, click here to register for an FSCentral account and claim your FSID, which is AFA’s login protocol to access your FSCentral account.

NOTE(S): 

  • To ensure seamless access, make sure the email used to register for the Annual Meeting Reload is the same email account in your FSCentral/FSID profile. 
  • If you use FSID to login to another platform, such as your fraternity’s or sorority’s online portal, use the same FSID login information to login at FSCentral.

Once logged into your FSCentral account, find the “Annual Meeting Reload” in the AFA Events table and follow the instructions to register. 

FSCentral: How To Register

In order to receive CE credit for their participation in the Annual Meeting Reload, Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd) are asked to follow the steps below:

CE Processes for the Annual Meeting Reload

  1. Watch all Annual Meeting Reload sessions for which you would like to receive CE credit.
  2. Submit the CE Submission form to receive a Certificate of Completion documenting your participation in the Annual Meeting Reload. Certificates will be shared via email 5-10 business days after the receipt of the form.
  3. Use your CE certificate to apply for credits in the Prolydian platform. Click here for more information on how to submit your completed CE credits online.

NOTE: Certified Student Affairs Educators will be provided with one certificate for their participation in the Annual Meeting Reload. Please wait to complete the steps below until you have completed ALL Annual Meeting Reload sessions for which you would like to receive CE credit.
