Dr. Britt Andreatta

Dr. Britt Andreatta is an internationally recognized thought leader who uses her background in leadership, neuroscience, psychology, and education to create science-based solutions for today’s workplace challenges. Britt is the CEO of Brain Aware Training and former CLO for Lynda.com (now LinkedIn Learning). She has over 10 million views worldwide of her online courses and is the author of several best-selling books on the brain science of success including Wired to Grow, Wired to Resist, Wired to Connect, and Wired to Become. She recently won the 2024 Thought Leader of the Year by the Association for Talent Development. She is frequently named a “Top 10 Influencer” and regularly consults with organizations on leadership development and learning strategy.

A Conversation with Dr. Sheldon A. Jacobs and Dr. Keino Miller
Dr. Sheldon A. Jacobs
Dr. Sheldon Jacobs is a licensed marriage and family therapist and he has been providing individual, couples and family therapy to individuals from various walks of life for the past 20 years. He opened his own part-time private practice, Dr. Sheldon A. Jacobs Counseling Services in September 2020, where he works with youth, adults, first responders, and professional athletes. He has taught at the College of Southern Nevada, the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and the University of Phoenix-Las Vegas Campus at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In 2019, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak appointed Jacobs to serve on the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors. He is the President on the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)-Southern Nevada Board of Directors, and was elected to the NAMI national board of directors in 2022 and the national executive committee in 2023.
When Dr. Jacobs is not practicing, he is usually giving back to his community by offering town hall discussions centered on mental health at schools, community centers and churches where he also shares his story of living with posttraumatic stress, which stemmed from his lifestyle as a gang member during his teenage years. Because of his advocacy work, Dr. Jacobs has received numerous community and national awards. Lastly, Dr. Jacobs has published several professional journal articles and he released his highly anticipated memoir in November 2020, titled “48: An Experiential Memoir on Homelessness” where he went undercover as a homeless man for 48 hours in downtown Las Vegas to raise awareness for homelessness and mental health.
Dr. Keino Miller
Dr. Keino Miller is a highly accomplished Sport & Performance Psychologist whose expertise is anchored by rigorous academic training and a profound commitment to continuous development. Since July 2024, Miller has served Student-Athletes as the Director of Counseling and Sport Psychological Services at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In this leadership capacity, he oversees services while maintaining his clinical practice, where he employs a collaborative and culturally responsive approach to promote optimal health and well-being among those he serves. His primary interests span sport psychology, resilience training, men’s issues, multicultural counseling, identity development, historical trauma, and trainee supervision.
Miller earned his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport & Performance from Indiana University Bloomington, followed by an APA-accredited doctoral internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Consortium and a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Sport Psychology at NC State University. He is a dedicated father of three, a lifelong learner, and a proud, 30-year member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Moderator: Dr. Will Frankenberger
Dr. Will Frankenberger (He/Him/His) has worked as a health and wellness professional in the fraternity and sorority industry for over a decade. As the Chief Learning Officer at Delta Zeta National Sorority, he oversees the learning experience and strategic design of all learning interventions. He is a busy consultant to non-profits, fraternal organizations, and large corporations on health and wellness programming, alternative dispute resolution, and trauma-informed response and care. Dr. Frankenberger is also a certified Mental Health First Aid trainer, and to date has trained over 1,500 first aiders – almost all of them in the fraternity industry. Dr. Frankenberger also currently serves on the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors Board of Directors. His current research centers around intragroup conflict resolution within women’s organizations that occur over digital platforms and in-person, women’s hazing dynamics, and public health intervention model effectiveness in fraternal group applications.
