The purpose of The Exchange is to develop collaborative relationships between (inter)national sororities/fraternities and institutions that lead to sustained conversations throughout the year and facilitate the sharing of ideas and issues that will assist in providing a constructive experience for undergraduate development.

The 2025 AFA Exchange will facilitate interactions between interfraternal and institutional partners by providing dedicated connection space in the AFA Exchange Lounge on Tuesday, December 9th from 9 AM – 5 PM, with the AFA Exchange Luncheon to take place from 12-2 PM.

When interfraternal and institutional partners signed up to participate in The Exchange through the contact information form, they received a listing and contact of those who have opted to participate. Upon receiving the listing, they have the opportunity to do outreach to those they wish to meet with and schedule meetings at times that are mutually convenient either on Tuesday, December 9th or throughout the Annual Meeting. This listing was made available to all participants the week of November 17.

The Exchange contact information form is now closed. Please note: any attendees may still take advantage of the AFA Exchange Lounge meeting space in Julius 24-25 on Tuesday, December 9 from 9 AM – 5 PM. Attendees who opted into the Exchange Luncheon from 12-2PM in their Annual Meeting registration are still eligible to attend the lunch as well.
