Event Details
With a growing trend of institutions pursuing the implementation of Greek Program Fees for their communities, this presentation examines the introduction of such a fee at Oregon State University in Spring 2025 and highlights key lessons learned throughout the process. The fee was established to address financial constraints caused by rising costs and to align Oregon State University with comparable peer institutions.
As a result of attending this program, attendees will…
- Be able to identify key stakeholders and areas of focus for implementing a Greek Program Fee
- Design an inclusive community engagement process that fosters member buy-in and ensures all stakeholders contribute meaningfully to the development and implementation of the Program fee
- Be able to examine the missteps in our implementation process
