Working in fraternity and sorority life is more than a job. It’s a chance to make a difference, support student growth, and build communities that last long after college ends. Fraternity & Sorority Life: Your Path to the Profession is designed to help you explore that possibility and see how your passion for this work can turn into a meaningful career.
During this program, you’ll hear from a panel of professionals from across the country who will share their stories, lessons, and advice about working in the field. Together, we’ll talk about what it means to find a professional home within the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), how to get involved, and the opportunities available to help you grow. Whether you’re a graduate student, a new professional, or someone considering a career change, this conversation will give you insight, resources, and connections to help you confidently take your next step.
