Event Details

41% of Panhellenic sorority members consider leaving their organizations during college. While there’s no single solution, research reveals clear factors that significantly influence if members stay. We’ll dive into findings from two recent sorority retention studies: a longitudinal study tracking new members over time, and a study of 2nd-4th year members. You’ll gain evidence-based insights into motivators and barriers, and walk away with strategies to better support and retain members.

As a result of attending this program, attendees will…

  • Identify key learnings about factors and barriers that influence retention.
  • Utilize research implications in their work with sororities as they coach to develop retention strategies.
