Hotel Room Block Rate
Rooms can be reserved at Caesars Hotel through the AFA room block at a rate of $240 per night + taxes & fees (1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds), inclusive of the hotel’s resort fee.
Attendees looking for a room convenient to the conference space are encouraged to book in the Octavius tower. Attendees looking for a fuller experience of the Caesars property (convenient to Caesars amenities and the casino floor) are encouraged to book in the Colosseum tower. Rooms in both towers are available at the same rate.
The last day to book your hotel reservation through the AFA room block is Friday, November 7.
IMPORTANT:Â Annual Meeting programming will end at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 11, and the final post-conference session will end at 5:00 p.m.
Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Attendees who wish to reduce lodging costs by sharing a hotel room with another Annual Meeting attendee are invited to submit their details through our Room Sharing Interest Form. Those who complete the form will receive access to a list of others who have done the same, making it easier to connect and coordinate directly. Please note that AFA does not match or coordinate roommates; all arrangements must be made independently by participants.
