The AFA Foundation is proud to welcome Alpha Chi Omega as a leadership level donor to the ‘Elevate the Standard’ Campaign with a $25,000 commitment towards the AFA Foundation’s ‘Board-Designated Talent Development’ endowment. This endowment will allow the AFA Foundation to provide ready-to-access funds for professional development initiatives that are responsive to the evolving needs of the fraternity/sorority professional, allowing AFA to be an immediate positive force in the talent development of our industry.

In order to continue to provide outstanding member opportunities, we must invest in the people that move the work of fraternities and sororities forward,” said Katie Lampinen Gaffin, chief executive officer of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity. “We are proud to support AFA as a lead donor for the Elevate the Standard campaign as they work to support the talent in our field by addressing immediate and evolving professional development needs.”
A board-designated endowment allows donors to directly invest in the future professional development of the fraternity/sorority profession, reflecting a deep trust from donors in the importance of these new resources and in AFA’s ability to create and implement them.

Gifts towards the Board-Designated Talent Development endowment will provide the AFA Foundation the agility to grant funds to the Association to address gaps in professional development and to better prepare our professionals around the cultural, economic, and legislative shifts that change our work.
